Payments made online are processed via Paypal (if you opt for that payment method) or WorldPay (if you pay by card), using 128 bit encryption and secure server.� PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT NEED A WORLDPAY ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CARD - Worldpay are our payment processors for card payments. The English Cottage Garden Nursery has no access to customer credit/debit card details when payment is made this way.� For payments made over the telephone or by fax/e-mail, we do not keep on record customer bank details after their payment has been processed - such information is destroyed.� � All credit/debit card payments are processed through the WorldPay secure server.�

Personal details are secure and encrypted - look for the padlock icon.� The English Cottage Garden Nursery also has the Comodo seal for customers' extra peace of mind - clicking on the seal will reveal the details. We have also undergone compulsory scanning and testing of our site security system to ensure we are hackerproof - this testing was carried out via Securitymetrics on the instructions of our bank and, as you will see from our display of the Securitymetrics seal of approval, we passed the security checks - even more proof for our customers that we are safe to shop with on- or off-line
