DELIVERY CHARGES

All  orders incur a �13.00 courier charge, for next day delivery -that is, delivery will be the next day after order is ready for despatch.  The exception is for  seed mixes and seeds up to 1 kg ONLY, which are sent first class at a cost of �1.99.  Orders totalling more than �115.00 before delivery costs are added will be delivered FREE - choose the courier charge of �13.00 and this will be refunded to your card once your order has been confirmed (within 24 hours) -  please choose correct shipping option when you order to avoid delays.  If you are ordering more than 1 kg of seed please choose the courier charge.

If you only require a small number of plants (ie, less than 15) please telephone for Royal Mail charges.

Minimum online order - �10.00.

SHIPPING

If you are going to be out when the plants are due to be delivered, it is essential that you leave a signed note on the door stating where they are to be left, otherwise the plants will go back to the courier's depot.

SUBSTITUTION

If plants become unavailable in the time between you placing your order and us receiving it, we will telephone or e-mail you to see if you require any substitutes.  If no substitutes are required a refund will be issued.

ONLINE ORDERING

Go to the shop you require (for example, cottage garden,plants, wildflowers or herbs) by selecting the relevant link on the left hand side of your screen.  You will then be taken to that shop where plants are divided into alphabetical sections.  Click the section you require and the plants available will be displayed.  Click on the quantity you require and the pot size and then click on the basket to add the plants to your trolley.  When you are ready to pay, select Checkout and follow instructions.

YOUR NOTICE TO US

In the ordering area of the website you will find a box titled "Your notice to us" - please include in there  anything you want to add about your order that you feel we should know, such as, for example, any particular substitutes you would like if your request is out of stock.  

GIFTS

 If you want to send plants as a gift, you can  add your message in the "Your Notice to Us"  box and we will include that for you in a small card.  Alternatively, gift vouchers are available in the appropriate section and will be sent with a catalogue to the recipient.
